Before the Interview

- Review the Job Description: Review the job description and make notes of the qualifications and skills required for the role. This will help you to tailor your answers to the job requirements.
- Prepare Questions: Prepare a list of questions to ask the interviewer about the role, the company, and its culture. This will show your interest in the company and help you to gain a better understanding of the job requirements.
- Get Ready for Behavioural Interview Questions: "Tell me about a moment" when" or "Give me an illustration of" are the common openings for behavioural questions. What you owned and what you delivered should be understood by us. Be prepared for follow-up inquiries like, "What did you do then?" also, "What was the outcome?"
- Dress Appropriately: One needs to dress appropriately for the interview. Choose professional attire that is suitable for the company culture and the job you are applying for.
During the Interview
- Be On Time: Arrive on time for the interview. This shows that you are reliable and respect the interviewer's time.
- Introduce Yourself: Introduce yourself confidently and greet the interviewer with a smile. This sets a positive tone for the interview.
- Listen Carefully: Listen carefully to the interviewer's questions and ask for clarification if needed. This shows that you are attentive and interested in the job.

- Use Precision: In each of our roles here, communication is crucial. We advise being thorough yet succinct. Avoid giving "detailed anecdotes" that briefly cover a wide range of topics or speaking about your team or business in a way that makes it difficult to determine your individual contribution. Hearing about impacts and outcomes as opposed to just inputs is more beneficial to the interviewer.
